My EUDY Vision
What's my vision for the next 2 years as the President of EUDY?Let's start with priorities.First and foremost priority: Internal EUDY. We need to ensure clarity and seamlessness in our discussions and operations.The second priority is collaboration with all YNADS full members from Europe, networking, what they need, what is their EUDY vision, and whether they are suitable or not.The third priority - EUDY should create a VSA (Vision, Strategy, and Action Plan) for 2 years and another for 10 years for monitoring and ensure that everyone is satisfied.The fourth priority: DEAF ECOSYSTEM- for example a platform to promote various Deaf Entrepreneurship, companies, NGOs, foundations... leading Deaf Youth to leadership and excellence.The fifth priority: EUDY handles more projects and all voices, regardless of background or minority status, should be included. By leveraging their collective experiences and overcoming barriers, these projects can serve as catalysts for activism across EuropeThe sixth priority is addressing the social challenges encountered by each YNAD member. Should any issues arise, they can reach out to EUDY for assistance.And I have so many more other priorities but these are the main ones that I want to focus on.Thank you.
